Our products are crafted to meet high standards, and we stand behind them with a limited warranty policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the scope and limitations of our warranty coverage.

Warranty Duration

All Ankurwares products come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

  • The warranty starts from the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • This warranty applies only to products purchased through www.ankurshop.com.
  • The warranty period may vary for certain product categories, which will be specified in the product description.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use during the warranty period.

Examples of issues covered:

  • Structural cracks or breakage not caused by external force
  • Plastic parts that deform due to improper molding or quality
  • Handles or joints that break under normal use
  • Defects visible upon delivery (e.g., warped lids, loose fittings)

If a product fails to perform as intended due to such manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement or a gift card, as deemed appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or daily wear and tear. Claims under the following conditions will be rejected:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical damage due to misuse, accidents, or mishandling
  • Discoloration or stains caused by sunlight, heat, harsh chemicals, or water
  • Scratches, abrasions, or scuffs due to regular usage
  • Product damage caused by improper cleaning or washing
  • Damage due to fire, water leakage, or pests
  • Usage in commercial, industrial, or outdoor settings unless specified
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue that you believe is covered, you can initiate a warranty claim easily by following the steps below:

  1. Email us at care@jagdambapolymers.co.in with the following:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name and Purchase Date
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  2. Our support team will assess your request within 3–5 business days.
  3. If approved:
    • We will send a replacement at no cost, subject to availability.
    • If the item is out of stock, a similar item or a gift card will be offered as an alternative.
    • Refunds are not issued for warranty claims.

Return & Pickup Policy

In some instances, we may request that you return the defective product to us for inspection. If the issue is verified as a genuine manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is packed securely, as any damage caused during return shipping will void the warranty claim. If it is determined that the issue is not covered under warranty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Warranty Conditions

Please note the following conditions:

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.ankurshop.com.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is mandatory for all claims.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Ankurwares and supersedes any oral or written warranties. In no case shall Ankurwares be liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or personal injury resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Liability is strictly limited to the product replacement or the value of a gift card.
